The Lost Current Modifier: 100 %	WARNING: THIS SELECTION IS FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS ONLY Summary: Stranded groups of colonists that over time gave up all hope of being rescued and started their own empires. It is not known how many of these groups exist, and it is difficult to track the allegiances of even the ones that are known about. Some join factions upon being discovered, while others insist on remaining independent. Former members of a faction who have been dissowned are grouped into this designation as well, as both are regarded as Outcasts in the eyes of the "more civilized" factions.
